CSW orientation session provides a review of the upcoming courses and programs, as well as, policies and guidelines for incoming students. Orientation is required for all incoming potential students to be enrolled and excepted into CSW and set expectations in the online and onsite classroom formats.

The Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification, available through the Scrum Alliance, provides students and professionals with an awareness of the methodologies and values of Scrum, including team performance, accountability, and iterative progress.

The ACT WorkKeys course prepares participants for a skills assessment test that assists in determining career interests. In addition, the course provides work readiness, resume writing, professional development and strengthens skills in reading, math, research and information finding, problem solving, group and individual work, insight, and even attitude. The course meets Monday, Thursday, and Friday with up to 10 hours of homework each week.

A+ (A Plus) is a distance education instructor led entry-level computer certification for PC computer service technicians. The exam is designed to certify the competency of entry-level PC computer service professionals in installing, maintaining, customizing, and operating personal computers. The course meets in-personthree times per week for 10 hours with 2 hours available for tutoring from 9 am - 1 pm and has up to 10 hours of homework or practicum per week.

Mold remediation usually includes disposal of moldy porous building materials (drywall, insulation, etc.) and cleaning and disinfecting carpet and personal items if they can be saved. Training provides understanding of steps required pre, during, and post-remediation inspection done to ensure that the remediation was performed properly.

The UDC Green Infrastructure Certificate Program consists of 40 hours classroom training, 40 hours exam prep, 20 hours professional development and 20 hours field training (Subject to Change for COVID-19). Graduates have the skills needed for entry-level work in construction, inspection and maintaining green infrastructure. NGICP is a tool that can be used for professional development and technical skills for new and existing professionals.
